Dylan Dreyer of the “Today” show has filed for divorce from Brian Fichera, with whom she shares three young children.
People confirmed Tuesday that Dreyer, co-host of the morning show’s third hour and weather correspondent, filed court papers on March 10.

Dreyer announced in July that she and Fichera, a freelance producer and cameraman for NBC News, had split months earlier.
“We started out as friends and will remain the closest of friends,” he wrote on Instagram. “Most importantly, we will continue to raise our three wonderful children together with nothing but love and respect for each other.”
In November, Dreyer confided on air about the status of their relationship.
“Everyone has their reasons for what leads to a separation or a divorce,” he said. “That’s another story with a lot of wine, and it’s a completely different thing. Either way, we’ve come to this place… And I think there’s something liberating for Brian and I, where – whatever the reasons are, whatever’s broken in a marriage – you can fix it if you can, and ideally you would, and you try, and you try to fix things. Or you accept that it’s broken and you take this new step forward.”
