3 ancient tombs of prominent statesmen discovered in Egypt

Archaeologists in Egypt have presented the tombs of three major statesmen, identified by inscriptions that remain in the tombs.

The three sites in the city of Luxor date from the era of the New Kingdom, said the Ministry of Tourism and Antiques of Egypt on social networks, ranging between 1550 and 1070 AC.

One of the tombs is for a person named “Amon-Am-Ebt”, who worked in a temple or other sacred site. The grave has a vision of sacrifice articles and other relics, the ministry said.
