How this house printed on 3D based on the floor was built

The house is located in the prefecture of Yamaga, Kumamoto. It was built by Lib Work Co., Arup and the 3D WASP printing firm. Instead of using cement, the team created a new material of the earth, the lime and the natural fibers. These ingredients are renewable, widely available and are friendly to the environment.

During the construction, the WASP 3D printer placed the mixture based on the ground to form the curved walls and the closed texture. Once the shell was completed, human workers installed the windows, doors and the roof to finish the construction.

Inside, the house feels bright and modern. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light and clean lines improve space. The flat roof and textured walls subtly reveal the 3D printed origins of the house.

Characteristics outside the network printed in sustainable 3D

This house is not only ecological, it is also out of the network and is completely connected. Use solar panels and PowerWall battery in Tesla to feed everything from lighting and air conditioning to a smart bath, all of which can be controlled through the smart or voice phone command. The sensors integrated into the structure will now monitor their performance over time, tracking everything, from isolation to moisture. These ideas will help improve future designs and answer great questions about durability.
