He triumphs over children’s sex, friend Ghislaine Maxwell can be eligible for work liberation
Washington-The friend of the childhood trafficking by President Donald Trump, Ghislaine Maxwell, seems to be eligible for work release allocations outside the “camp” minimum security to which she was transferred after meeting with the former defense lawyer of Trump, who is now a senior official of the Department of Justice.
The classification of the Maxwell Prison Office shows its state of custody as “outside”, which would normally mean that it is allowed to work outside the federal prisoners in Bryan, Texas, where it is arrested. That is a privilege that sentenced sexual criminals are not allowed under the office rules.
The prison office, citing privacy rules, refused to respond to News themezone’s consultations about Maxwell’s state and how he achieved it despite his 2021 sentence for sexual trafficking positions. Trump’s White House staff also did not respond to News themezone’s consultations.
The classification of Maxwell’s prison was first reported by Podcaster Allison Gill in his subsistence blog.
Sheldon Whitehouse, a Rhode Island Democratic senator and a member of the Senate Judicial Committee that supervises federal prisons, wrote a letter last week to the prisons office asking how Maxwell became transferred to a minimum security prisons field in apparent violation of his policy.
“Ghislaine Maxwell’s quiet transfer to a fed club ‘does not think about the severity of sexual crimes that was declared guilty,” Whitehouse said Tuesday in a statement. “It happens that the transfer was facilitated a week after Maxwell’s highly unusual meeting with the deputy attorney general. All this stinks of a coordinated protection racket at the expense of taxpayers to protect the president from the consequences of his friendship of the years with a notorious sex trafficker.”
Maxwell, who is 63 years old, was accused in 2020 during the first period of Trump’s White House, the year after his associate Jeffrey Epstein was found hanged in his jail cell after his accusation for traffic charges of girls as small as a world of sexual predation and abuse with the help of Maxwell.
Maxwell was sentenced by a federal jury in 2021 and sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022.
The testimony of his judgment showed that sometimes he participated in the violation of Epstein girls, in addition to searching and “preparing” the victims.
The federal prison system normally treats sexual criminals strictly than other inmates. According to the prison office, even in cases where a defendant is originally accused of sexual assault, but finally declares himself guilty of a simple assault, the act of the accusation of rape follows the inmate, who is then labeled as a sexual offender when entering prison.
This classification makes it impossible to be transferred to less security prisons, minimum safety facilities mockingly known as “Federal Club”) and, therefore, are allowed to participate in programs that allow inmates to work outside the fence “with a minimum of supervision of two -hour intermittent staff”, according to the rules of the Federal Prison.

Trump was a close friend of Epstein and often socialized with him for at least 15 years, often attending parties supplied with young models. Trump was a friend of Maxwell for even longer through his father, Robert Maxwell, the British editorial magnate who in 1991 bought the New York Daily News.
When Maxwell was accused in 2020, Trump said: “I only wish him the best.”
Lately, Trump has turned between avoiding consultations about Epstein and Maxwell: he said he did not understand the question when a journalist asked him why he took seven years to end Epstein’s membership in his Palm Beach, Mar-A-Lago field club, and stating that his participation with both was minimal.
“I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I rejected it,” said the president last month about the infamous St. James of Epstein on the virgin islands of the United States.
Although Trump and his allies promised during their 2024 campaign to launch research files in Epstein, he now states that doing so could damage the reputation of innocent people.
Trump’s own name appears in the files, according to published reports, that Attorney General Pam Bondi explained during an informative session.
On July 7, the Bondi Department of Justice issued a statement that no more information about Epstein would be published, although in February, Bondi herself organized a photography opportunity that boasted about the launch of “Epstein files” binders to the pro-Trump media influencers.

After a violent reaction from Trump’s supporters, Bondi requested that a federal judge release the transcripts of the grand jury procedures that produced the accusation against Maxwell. On Monday, the American district judge Paul Engelmayer denied that request, writing that it seemed to be an effort to obfuscate instead of illuminating.
“A public member, appreciating that Maxwell’s Grand Jury materials do not contribute anything to public knowledge, could conclude that the government’s motion for his insult was not aimed at ‘transparency’ but to deviation, not aimed at total dissemination but to the illusion of such,” he wrote.
