Texas Ag Ken Paxton asks the judge to put Beto or
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asked a judge to imprison the former American representative Beto O’Rourke (D-Texas), accusing him of continuing to raise funds for the strike of Texas Democrats in violation of a court order.
In a motion presented in Tarrant County, Paxton asked O’Rourke to be locked in the light of the “derogatory” statements he made about the temporal court order and his continuous violation of the order, which blocked O’Rourke of the 54 Texas Democrats who have abandoned the State to refuse Republicans a quorum to vote in the efforts of the funds of the funds of the workers of the funds.
″[H]And he still thinks he is above the law, so I am working to put it behind bars, “Paxton said about O’Rourke, who represented Texas as a Democrat in Congress from 2013 to 2019 and now leads the Political Action Committee promoted by people after the failed careers for the seat of the Governor of the White House, the White House and Texas.
The attorney general pointed out the comments O’Rourke made in a rally on Saturday in Fort Worth, telling the crowd: “There are no referees in this game, they fuck the rules.” But those comments were made as part of their call to the blue states to counteract the redistribution efforts of the districts of the Republicans by drawing their lines again in favor of the Democrats, not in the context of violating the court order that Paxton assured against him last week.
O’Rourke called Paxton for mistakenly characterizing his comments and said he is looking for fines against him for including them in the presentation.
“He is lying on me to try to silence us,” O’Rourke published on social networks, adding: “We warn the court that the agent of the AG lied blatantly in its presentation. We are looking for maximum sanctions in response to their abuse of charge.”

Paxton’s motion also pointed out O’Rourke’s comments in that rally telling the crowd that “one of the worst things that we can do to Ken Paxton is to choose to donate to have his back” of the Democrats who left, urging them to send a text message to a number that redigns a deed of Actblue funds.
“He is trying to prevent us from considering the resources they need to finally prevail and come and we will not let it stop,” O’Rourke continued at the rally. The Democrats who left incurred a daily rate of $ 500 for their absences, along with other costs associated with trips and demands against them.
In his Tuesday application to the Tarrant County District Judge, Megan Fahey, who was appointed in 2019 by Governor Greg Abbott (R), Paxton asked O’Rourke to be “confined to jail at least and until he demonstrates a willingness to comply with the orders of the court that ask for the result of this lawsuit.” Previously he referred to the funds O’Rourke has collected as “Beto Bribes.”

When Fahey put on Pakton’s side last week, he determined that O’Rourke and power for people were violating state law by “increasing and using the political contributions of Texas consumers to pay the personal expenses of Texas legislators.”
In an appearance of MSNBC over the weekend, O’Rourke said he had no problem violating the court order.
“We are not giving up, we are not giving ourselves, we will not disappear,” he said. “We are going to fight with these people and we will fight against them until we win.”
