Miriam Margolyes, known by the American public for his role as professor Sprout in “Harry Potter” films, regrets his health.
The actor told Weekend magazine of The Daily Mail that at age 84, he feels that “my body disappointed.”
“I have not taken care of that. I have to walk with a walker now. I wish I had exercised,” he said. “It is the most horrible waste of time, except that it keeps you going. So, I am nonsense.”
When asked if he would ever consider Ozempic for some of his health problems, Margolyes replied: “Absolutely no.”
“That is for diabetics. You should not take medications for people who are really sick,” he said, he added: “What I think is that we should not have food on television.”
He also got sincere about exploring the idea of ”assistance in death”, as the mail said.
“I don’t want to go through a period of pain and shame that decreases slowly,” he said. “If a blow meant that I could not speak, or it was doubly incontinent, or I lost my head completely, I would ask me to leave me. That is because I want to be who I am. I don’t want to be less than I can be.”

Margolys has talked about how his health has affected his ability to act, something that the companion actor of the United Kingdom, Judi Dench, has also been opened.
Dench was diagnosed with an ocular condition related to age, called macular degeneration, in 2012.
“I mean, I can’t see in a Set movie,” said Oscar’s winning actor about his condition in an interview with the publication of the Daily Mirror notebook in 2023.
“And I can’t see reading. So I can’t see much,” Dench said. “But you know, just treat it. It is still difficult for me if I have any part of a part. I have not yet found a way.”
