A great jury of DC refused to accuse a man accused of assaulting a federal agent during the acquisition of the surveillance of President Donald Trump in Washington, DC, marks at least the third case in which prosecutors have not been able to clear the famous bar to ensure such accusation.

Police arrested Alvin Summers near the National Shopping Center after a Ford Bronco allegedly drove in an area where cars are not allowed. Police claimed that the summers “walked through the speed” during the meeting, then resisted the arrest and “grabbed” a police officer of the United States Park “by the top of the body with force”, pulling both to the ground.

Summers became one of at least 17 people who prosecutors have accused of “assaulting” or “preventing” a federal agent since Trump began his offensive against the crime in DC two and a half weeks ago. But a Summers lawyer wrote in a presentation on Thursday that on August 21 a large jury declined to accuse summers for serious crime, which can take up to eight years in prison.

“[The] The Grand Jury was rejected by the Grand Jury, presumably after reviewing the video of the chamber worn by the body, ”wrote the lawyer, Aj Kramer.

Kramer opposed the government’s motion to dismiss the case without prejudice, which would leave the door open to prosecutors who pursue the position again.

“Allowing the government the possibility of revealing charges in these circumstances is detrimental and unjustified,” Kramer argued.

The news of the failed accusation against the summers were first reported by the New York Times.

The United States Prosecutor’s Office for DC, headed by Trump’s ally and the former News personality, Jeanine Pirro, could not ensure the accusations of grandparents in two other similar cases in recent days. It is a strong indication that DC citizens are skeptical about government accusations and, at least in these cases, they agree with defense lawyers that the charges are exaggerated.

Earl this week, a large jury He took a pass to accuse Be Charles Dunn for allegedly assaulting a customs officer and border protection by throwing a sandwich.

Prosecutors also balancing and lost three times trying to obtain an accusation against Sydney Lori Reid. Reid had filmed immigration agents in public during an exchange of inmates in July and was pushed against a wall. The prosecutors alleged that “pushed strongly” a federal investigation office agent during the incident.

Like the great jurors, some judges in the federal court have resorted to the cases that the Pirro office has been bringing. One of them, Judge Zia M. Faruqui, punished the prosecutor for pursuing a case of weapons built on what he called a blatantly illegal search that violated the fourth amendment. “Illegality cannot come from the government,” he announced.

The defense lawyers told News themezone this week that they believed in some cases that prosecutors were presenting excessive charges only to make Trump’s crime repression seem more significant.

“They just want to have large numbers and say they are doing incredible job,” said one, Heather Shaner. “Too bad for the people of the Columbia district.”
