Triumphs on the repression of the crime in DC is in search of an important way

Federal prosecutors once again have failed to ensure an accusation of grandparents in a case during the repression of the crime of President Donald Trump in Washington, marking another setback for Jeanine Pirro, the United States prosecutor of the Columbia district.

The defendant’s lawyers, Nathalie Rose Jones, revealed in a presentation of the court on Monday that a grand jury had approved when accusing the resident of Indiana for allegedly threatening to kill the president last month.

“A great jury has now not found any probable cause to accuse Mrs. Jones for charged crimes,” Jones’ lawyers wrote, noting that “the weight of evidence” against him is “weak.”

That makes Jones at least the fourth person to avoid an accusation before the great jury of DC since Trump declared an emergency of crime in the city. The prosecutors had accused the other three of “assaulting” or “preventing” a federal agent during the meetings with the police, accusations that defense lawyers told News themezone seemed exaggerated.

In one case, three great separate juries refused to accuse a resident of DC to whom prosecutors accused of assaulting an FBI agent during an exchange of inmates managed by immigration personnel and customs compliance. The woman, Sydney Lori Reid, had been pushed against a wall during the match.

In another case, a grand jury made a pass to accuse Sean Charles Dunn to assault a federal agent. Dunn, a former employee of the Department of Justice, had launched a sandwich to a customs officer and border protection at a time of viral protest, which led to his arrest.

The inability to ensure accusations in such cases has been a source of shame for Pirro, which has been trying to exaggerate Trump’s police acquisition as a massive success. Obtaining this accusation is usually easy (a decent prosecutor could “accuse a ham sandwich,” says the saying: because prosecutors largely control the grandparents process.

In the case of Jones, the prosecutors claimed that he had called the director of the National Intelligence line repeatedly and, after they were asked to stop calling, “pronounced a threat to the Potus.”

Jones’ lawyers affirmed that their comments had been taken out of context and were not “true threats” against the president, but the freedom of expression protected by the first amendment.

Although several defendants have avoided the accusations of the Granjería, that does not mean that their legal problems have ended. The Pirro office has tried to reserve the right to obtain accusations again and has followed cases of minor crimes against some defendants who were not accused of charges for serious crimes.

Prosecutors have asked a judge that Dunn, the sandwich pitcher, is prosecuted for minor crimes at the end of this week.
