Jack Osbourne shares how something bad happened even before learning that Father Ozzy Osbourne died
Jack Osbourne is opening on the heartbreaking moment when he knew that his father, Ozzy Osbourne, had died.
Osbourne died of a heart attack at his home in Buckinghamshire, England, on July 22. Now, weeks later, Jack is sharing the personal history of how he learned about his father’s death in a video posted on his YouTube channel on Wednesday.
“Six weeks have passed since my father died,” Jack recalled, after addressing the concerns of his followers, who admits “has not been” his “priority.”

On July 5, Osbourne did what would be his last show in Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Jack stayed with his family and children, calling him “an incredible week.”
“My family and I were scheduled to go on vacation on July 7,” he shared.
But their plans changed when all their children fell with a stomach virus that Jack describes as “really disgusting.” The disease forced the family to postpone their trip, giving unexpected and treasured time with their father. He shared that during that week, Ozzy was in a good mood daily.
Looking back, he said he was “so grateful” that his children had stomach flu.
After departing on July 13, he received the news.
“I woke up in Los Angeles with a blow to the door of my house around 3:45 in the morning [from] Someone who has worked for my family for God [about] Thirty years now knocked on my door, ”Jack recalled.
