C-Span makes a frightful mistake in the head of Charlie Kirk
A C-Span YouTube video posted on Thursday to Charlie Kirk as “Charlie Kook” in the headline, irritating spectators.
The news channel, known for covering government procedures, shared a clip of the police update about Kirk’s murder entitled “FBI information about Charlie Kook’s shooting.”

While the conservative activist may have been a polarizing figure, referring to him as a Kook is problematic. Even if it is done by accident.
C-Span finally corrected the error in a restless version without all negative comments. However, the reaction was overwhelming, despite the relatively small number of people who had seen the clip.
