According to experts, a balanced lifestyle, in the key areas of diet, exercise and sleep, is key to a healthy body and a healthy life.
In an interview in the camera with News Digital, the Cardiotoral Surgeon based in Georgia, Dr. Jeremy London, echoed the importance of balance for the health of the heart in particular, especially when it comes to nutrition. (See the video at the top of the article).
But just moderating what he eats in a day will not necessarily not rule out potentially mortal conditions, such as heart disease, he said.

As an example, London said that losing 15 to 20 pounds in excess can make a big difference. Visceral fat, or fat around the organs and abdomen, is a “driver of inflammation in the body”, as well as a conductor of cardiovascular disease.
