Former DC police officer attacked on January 6 Trump triumphs

Michael Fanone, a former DC Metropolitan Police officer who was attacked by a multitude of supporters of Donald Trump during the disturbance group of the mortal capitol, criticized the president on Tuesday for his response to the murder of Charlie Kirk.

“I think no American politician has done more to normalize political violence in this country other than Donald J. Trump,” Fanone said in an interview with Chris Hayes de MSNBC.

Trump, in a video message from the Oval office after the murder of his ally last week, started those in the “radical left” who have compared Kirk with a Nazi, claiming that his rhetoric is “directly responsible for the terrorism we are seeing in our country today.”

Other right -wing figures have thrown a fault similar to the Democrats and the left for the murder as well.

Fanone said that he is “disgusted” that Americans re -elected a president who has been “so divisive and so destructive”, adding that Trump has used the murder to “sow more division seeds” and advocate for violence instead of joining the country.

Fanone, who suffered a heart attack, as well as a traumatic brain injury after being beaten and priced by the violent mafia during the insurrection, emphasized that the president has a story of using a “inciting” and “dehumanizing” language to describe dissidents and political opponents.

Trump previously joked about the 2022 hammer attack against the husband of the former house of the house, Nancy Pelosi, Paul Pelosi, urged the Rally-Ats to the rally- to “hit the garbage” of the protesters and, according to former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, they allegedly wanted troops to shoot the Protestants who spoke and hit the streets after the murder of George Floyd.

In 2023, Trump echoed Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini when he promised to “eradicate … enemies” enemies, declaring that the “threat of external forces is much less sinister, dangerous and serious, that threat from the inside.”

Fanone argued that Trump has advocated the use of “political violence” by forgiving hundreds of uproarters who were convicted of assaulting the officers on January 6, 2021.

“He has told his supporters that if he commits acts of violence, I have supported myself and this administration will absolve him from any criminal guilt,” he said.

“And that message has resonated with his followers.”
