The “The View” coanfitations finally have something to say about “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” being put in an indefinite cellar.
“Did they really think we were not going to talk about Jimmy Kimmel?” Whoopi Goldberg asked at the top of Monday’s show. “I mean, have you seen the program in the last 29 seasons? You know, nobody silence us.”
A word about the news in the two episodes was not said after the night show was suddenly suspended, which led the spectators and commentators to speculate that “the view” and the mutual matrix of Kimmel, ABC, had ordered the panelists to remain silent.
Explaining why they waited to evaluate one of the most pressing news events of the moment, Goldberg said: “When the news was learned last week about the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel, we breathe to see if Jimmy was going to say something about it.”
Goldberg told his fellow panelists that he saw Kimmel’s suspension as a clear example of the government that uses his power to suppress the right to freedom of expression.
“You may not like a show and can get out of the air. Someone can say something that should not and be taken out of the air. But the government cannot apply pressure to force someone to be silenced,” Goldberg said.
Ana Navarro agreed, and added: “I do not understand how in this country, where the first amendment was made to the Constitution to guarantee the freedom of the press and freedom of expression, how the government itself is using its weight and power to intimidate and scare people in silence.”

Alyssa Farah Griffin, one of the conservative voices of the program, was on the same page, telling everyone: “The first amendment is the first for a reason, because you need to be able to hold those who are in power.”
Only a few hours later, ABC announced that it would let Kimmel return to the air on Tuesday night.
White House spokesman Steven Cheung hit Kimmel and “La Vista” while reacted to ABC heel turn in a statement proportionate to Entertainment Weekly.
“Jimmy Kimmel is a non -talented loser that has been understood with tank ratings and throwing unpleasant lies to his audience,” the statement said. “That is why the network kicked to the sidewalk like an empty beer can.”
“Similarly, ‘The View’ also lacks real talent, and it is a collection of irrelevant exploits and never for anyone with any common sense [sic] I would ever look unless it was laughing at them. “
While Kimmel will soon return to the air, “The View” seems to be one of the next objectives of President Donald Trump.

Last Thursday, the president of the FCC, Brendan Carr, suggested that his agency was interested in reassessing the state of “La Vista” as a “news of good faith” program.
This designation exempts the show of the “Equal Opportunities” rule of the FCC, which requires that non -News programs grant opposite political candidates the same in the air.
Trump has long seen “the view” as a thorn on his side, calling the hosts “really dumb” on a rally last year, in addition to wanting to “remove the air” in July.
