Donald Trump fries A-list movie star at McDonald’s
President Donald Trump got a little catty with Tom Cruise at the McDonald’s Impact Summit in Washington on Monday. (Watch the video below).
In a segment praising the pilots who bombed Iran’s nuclear facilities in June, the president said that when he took them to the White House he noticed that they were “all handsome.”
“They look like Tom Cruise,” Trump continued. “They really do. I don’t want to be a smart guy and say ‘but louder.'” “I’m not going to say that.”
Trump drew laughs, but one wonders if Cruise, who played a heroic pilot in the “Top Gun” movies, would find it as funny.

Women’s Wear Daily wrote that she wore shoes to appear taller at Brad Pitt’s “F1” premiere in June, and used a similar “shoe trick” at a Cannes event. “Tom Cruise Keeps His Height-Increasing Footwear Game Strong at ‘F1: The Movie’ Red Carpet Premiere,” the headline read.

Depending on what you read, Cruise is generally considered to be between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches, and he reportedly goes to great lengths to hide exactly how tall he is.
Trump may be manipulating his height a bit. According to a recent report, he appeared to be considerably shorter than Prince William, who is known to be 6 feet 3 inches tall, in recent photos. An old driver’s license indicated Trump was 6 feet 2 inches tall.
