“God is real. God is powerful,” the post read. “Sorry, I have no words right now… Just grateful! I’m moving forward, starting to breathe on my own now. I sincerely thank everyone.”

The update came after Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said Boyd was “upbeat” in their recent conversation.

“That’s what calms me down, is that he’s in good spirits,” Glenn told reporters during his media availability ahead of the team’s Week 12 game against the Baltimore Ravens. “His wife and son are in good spirits and he will come out of this okay.”

Boyd was listed in critical but stable condition. Glenn said he did not have a timeline for when Boyd might be released from the hospital.

“I don’t know yet,” the coach said. “But I will say this: Just talking to him, he felt very optimistic. And again, that’s what comforts me, that he feels that way and talks that way.”

The NYPD released photos of a suspect wanted in the shooting. Authorities did not identify the man by name.

“The wanted individual is described as a medium-skinned man,” police said. “He was last seen wearing a black cap, a black sweatshirt, black pants, multi-colored sneakers and a black backpack.”

Glenn said Boyd had been on his mind “a lot” since the incident.

“My first thought was that I just had a baby,” Glenn said. “And I’m thinking about his wife, I’m thinking about his son and I want to make sure he’s okay. And that’s the only thing that really crossed my mind.

“There’s a process to this, which I won’t go into, but I’m happy with the fact that he’s going to come out of this very, very well.”
