“There are some things that we cannot manage without the Americans, things that we cannot manage without Europe, and that is why we need to make some important decisions,” Zelensky said.
En route to Brussels to meet with NATO and European Union leaders, Zelensky said progress was made during discussions and peace proposals were being finalized and would be sent to the United States on Tuesday.
