Watch Lauren Boebert dribble with the George Santos goalkeeper
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) fought the velvet rope and the velvet rope apparently won at former Rep. George Santos’ recent Christmas party.
In a video shared by TMZ on Wednesday, Boebert argued with bouncer Vish Burra about some people in their group being denied entry to the ex-con and former New York congressman’s DC “Holy Claus” party.
“First of all, we’re on the list,” Boebert pleaded.
“I know you’re on the list, Lauren,” Burra responded.
Checking his clipboard, the bouncer said of another of Boebert’s teammates: “I know Beth is on the list.”
The others were abandoned, Burra told TMZ.
Burra, who was Santos’ director of operations during his time in Congress, shared a clip of the exchange on X and wrote:
“Being the doorman for the Santos 2025 Christmas party is not for the faint of heart, but you all need to understand: QUEEN SANTOS GET WHAT SHE WANTS, AND SHE ONLY WANTED HAND-CHONED PEOPLE ON THE LIST!”
Remember when Boebert’s biggest problem after work was the inability to behave in a musical?
Now he has learned that he does not have the strength to involve some associates in a spree organized by a confirmed liar who was jailed for identity theft and fraud before President Donald Trump commuted his sentence.
“I saw people being turned away when I walked in,” Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) said in another video. “I’m not used to that.”
Burchett seemed to be in the holiday spirit of forgive and forget and said he was glad Santos was out of prison. “The party was great, man,” he added.
Others on the guest list included Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), former “View” host Meghan McCain, former “Real Housewives of New York” star Leah McSweeney and election loser Kari Lake, Mediaite reported.
