Tina Knowles reveals the diagnosis of breast cancer and shares 1 important lesson
Tina Knowles has long entertained on the Internet with her cheesy jokes, but there is one thing that is very serious: mammograms.
In an interview with People published on Tuesday, Knowles revealed that he was diagnosed with breast cancer in stage 1 in his left bosom. The diagnosis occurred after his original mammography appointment was lost due to COVID-19, a trip he shared in his new book, “Matriarch”.
“I struggled if I would share that trip [in the book] Because I am very private. But I decided to share it because I think it is many lessons for other women, “he said at the exit.” And I think that as women, sometimes we deal with ourselves so busy and wrap ourselves so running, but you must do your test. Because if I had not received my early test, I mean, I shudder when I think what could have happened to me. “

While sitting with Gayle King for News Morning on Tuesday, Knowles began to get “emotional” telling his experience.
“I’ve always tried to take care of myself and I was incredulated,” he confessed.
During the conversation, King shared that doctors had found two tumors: one benign and the other evil one.
“It was stage 1, which I thought it was the first stage, and when I told my sister who said: ‘No, there is a zero’,” Knowles revealed.
If your original appointment had not lost, said Knowles, cancer could have been caught in the elusive “Zero Stage.”
“Thank God, he was still very small, he had not spread, it was a very slow propagation cancer,” he said.

BeyoncĂ© and Solange’s mother continued to share that she had a lumpectomy to eliminate the tumor. His daughters, always a support lighthouse, were by his side during the trip, lightening with a constant flow of funny videos, including one of Influencer Queen Jools. At a time of emotional base, they also sang the Gospel song, “Walk with me”.

“It’s about God to walk with you to something and protect you,” Knowles said. “They sang that song, and I entered there feeling how God caught me.”
