Sharon Stone uses her acceptance speech to call out the rude kids at the ceremony: Screw you!

The “Basic Instinct” star took revenge on some tablemates at the Astra Awards last week after they apparently didn’t recognize her and accused Stone of stealing her seat.
According footage uploaded to youtubeStone used his acceptance speech to get their attention.

“And to the kids at my table who were wondering, ‘Who the fuck took that chair?’ Now you know,” the “Casino” star said at the end of his speech.
“Yes, someone came up and said, ‘Who are you and why are you sitting here?’” Stone added.
In response, the audience gasped as Stone looked incredulous.
“Like she said, ‘Fuck you!’” Stone replied.
The Emmy-winning actor did not name who these tablemates were. News has reached out to Stone and Astra Awards for more information.

Stone then urged his tablemates to channel their status as public figures into something more positive.
“More importantly, and more concretely, I would like to welcome you. And I would like to tell you that this is an opportunity… Because I started my activism work when my fame took effect. And I would like to give you the opportunity to start your activism work now that your consciousness has been activated,” Stone said.
“Because fame without conscience, success without purpose, is meaningless,” Stone said.
Stone has been a very dedicated supporter of AIDS research and has been involved with amfAR (American Foundation for AIDS Research) for decades.
The “Silver” star gave a lengthy, nearly 10-minute speech, covering her childhood, her career and what it means to her to be a “decent” person.

But he sure didn’t forget the displeasure he received earlier in the evening and rejoined his tablemates at the end of his speech.
Stone told the audience to “bring home someone you’re proud of, and you too will be timeless, whether the people at your table know who you are or not.”
“This is what I’m going to tell you,” Stone concluded, as he pointed to his table. “Now you know who I am.”
In 2024, Stone spoke on “Good Morning Britain” about his career fades after taking a hiatus from Hollywood following a stroke and subsequent brain hemorrhage that nearly killed her in 2001.
“It hurt me a little that the world moved on without me,” he said, although he also admitted that he is “over it.”
But if his speech last week was any indication, he may still feel some of that pain.
