Renee Good Was Reportedly Shot Four, Causing Mayhem Revealed in 911 Transcripts

A report obtained by multiple media outlets showed that Renee Good, the 37-year-old woman killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer last week, may have been hit by four bullets, not three, as previously reported.

The violence of Good’s death sparked chaos, anger and terror on the Minneapolis street where he had been observing ICE operations from behind the wheel of a burgundy van. With her were her partner and her dog, who survived.

The incident instantly sparked widespread anger against federal agents, who appeared to block immediate medical support for Good, instead waiting several minutes for other emergency personnel to arrive on the scene.

NBC News reported that Good was still alive when doctors reached her, although her pulse was irregular.

The mother of three had two apparent gunshot wounds to the right side of her chest, one to her left forearm and another possible gunshot wound to the left side of her head, according to an incident report obtained by The Minneapolis Star Tribune and The New York Times.

He reportedly had blood on his face and torso, and “protruding tissue” on the left side of his head. Blood flowed from his left ear.

Bystander videos and witness comments showed how Good had been confronted by ICE officers in a chaotic manner, with the officers appearing to give him conflicting instructions at the same time. During this, ICE Officer Jonathan Ross moved to the front of the vehicle Good was driving, on the driver’s side.

President Donald Trump and top officials, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, have claimed that Good was using his car as a weapon, intentionally and aggressively trying to hit Ross, although bystander video tells a different story.

Good appeared to be driving the truck away from the officers at a slow speed when he was shot, with the front wheels facing away from him.

Ross himself was filming the incident on his mobile phone. One of the last things Good was heard saying to the officers was, “I’m not mad at you.” After Ross fired his gun at her, a voice presumably hers was heard saying, “You fucking bitch.”

Good’s truck then crashed into a pole.

A witness who called 911 was unable to speak immediately and was told to take a moment to catch his breath, according to call transcripts obtained by News themezone.

The person told an operator that the partner of the person who had been shot jumped “out of the vehicle.” [and] “He ran to help.”

“I saw blood all over the driver and then the partner trying to provide assistance,” the person said.

“A lady was just shot. Point-blank in her car,” another caller, who identified himself as Matt Callenson, told a 911 operator.

“She’s dead. She was shot,” Callenson said. “There’s like 50 fucking ICE agents here. Just bring some fucking cops with some fucking balls!”

Another caller seemed distressed by the behavior of authorities at the scene.

About 30 minutes after the shooting, Ross was transported to an unspecified federal building, according to an incident report released by the Minneapolis Fire Department and obtained by News themezone.

Department of Homeland Security officials told News this week that Ross suffered internal bleeding during the incident and was treated at a hospital.

Video showed him walking away from the shooting without help.

Good’s autopsy report has not yet been released, but may provide more details about the story of his death. Meanwhile, his relatives have said they intend to conduct their own investigation.
