Pedro Pascal condemns JK Rowling
The actor Pedro Pascal offers solidarity with trans and activists shouting the divisive and transphobic rhetoric that has thrown a shadow on the legacy of JK Rowling as author.
Pascal responded to an Instagram video posted on April 17 by activist Tariq ra’ouf After Rowling roamed The UK Supreme Court Declaration that excludes transgender women from the legal definition of “women.”
“This is a serious shit of Villano de Voldemort,” said Ra’of, adding that the creator of “Harry Potter” seemed to be “delight in the fact that he had donated a significant sum for the Scotland women, the organization that brought the case before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
Ra’of also asked for a boycott of the “Harry Potter” franchise, “because that shit, that horrible unpleasant shit, which has consequences.”
