Olympic freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy broadcast his protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement this week, apparently urinating his message in the snow.

“Fuck the ice,” read the yellow message on a photo Kenworthy shared on Instagram.

Kenworth seemed to confirm in another post that he actually pissed on the words.

Kenworthy, who won a silver medal for the United States in 2014 and is competing for Great Britain at the Milan Cortina Games, included a sample script for people to contact their senators and voice their objections to the Trump administration’s immigration policies. He concluded with a passionate plea.

“Innocent people have been murdered and enough is enough,” he wrote. “We cannot wait as ICE continues to operate with unchecked power in our communities. Senators still have influence right now, and Senator [Name] We must use it to demand real safety barriers and accountability.”

Democrats are trying to reform ICE in congressional negotiations as a Department of Homeland Security shutdown looms.

The killing of two people in Minneapolis at the hands of federal agents intensified scrutiny of the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown on immigrants.

Several athletes at the Games have criticized the repression, directly or indirectly.

But Kenworthy may be the first to do it with a body function.

“My last post was about pee, so I thought it was appropriate to follow it up with a little stack… of photos from January. Yes, I’m a boy. 💩,” he wrote in his follow-up.

The IOC appeared to confirm to The Guardian that Kenworthy will not be sanctioned because the organization said it “does not regulate personal posts on social media.”

Therefore, he will be able to compete in the freeski halfpipe at the Games.
