Whoopi Goldberg Breaks Silence About Being in Epstein Files:
Whoopi Goldberg has decided to opt for a little “transparency”.
On Tuesday’s episode of “The view” decided to address the comedian whose name appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s files.

“Now, in the name of transparency, can you put… my name is in the files,” Goldberg said earlier. an email that mentioned your name It appeared on the big screen behind her.
In the email, a person whose name has been redacted appears to be asking Epstein for help in getting Goldberg a private plane so he could fly to Monaco to attend an event organized by Julian Lennon’s charity, the White Feather Foundation.
“It says, ‘Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco… Julian Lennon’s charity is paying for it. They don’t want to charter a plane, so they’re looking for private owners. Here’s the info,'” Goldberg said, reading directly from the email. “And they give all the information and say, ‘Do you want to offer your G2?’”

Co-host Sunny Hostin noted that Epstein was not interested in helping him star in “Sister Act.”
“And it sounds like they said, ‘No, thank you,’” Hostin said, referring to the late sexual predator’s response.
“So, in other words, anyone can be on this list?” co-host Joy Behar asked.
“This is my point because when I tell you, people are trying to make me into,” Goldberg said, visibly irritated. “I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend. Not only was I too old, but I was at a time where this just isn’t… You used to have facts before you said things.”

The Justice Department faces a deadline to explain why it redacted so many published documents of its investigative material on Jeffrey Epstein.

The “Ghost” alum’s annoyance over online speculation isn’t entirely unfounded. Because her name appears in the files, certain types of X users have decided that this is indicative of her being in cahoots with Epstein. Some users stated that Goldberg is “so disgusting” that even Epstein didn’t want to help her. Others have stated that Goldberg was the name redactedand was asking Epstein to help her get a private plane. Others simply mention Goldberg without foundation, without context, as one of the many “liberals” who were working with Epstein.
It’s also worth noting that when you search Goldberg’s name in the Department of Justice database for Epstein files, there are 19 search results. However, most of these documents appear to be press releases, resumes either marketing materials. The most interesting document featuring Goldberg’s name is one written by a right-wing columnist who claims that Goldberg reprimanded Jeanine Pirro backstage on “The View” telling him, “Fuck you, get the hell out of this building.”
When Behar pointed out that President Donald Trump appears in the archives “38,000 times” during Tuesday’s episode, Goldberg retorted, “I can’t talk to him, but I talk about myself because they’re dragging me.”
Goldberg continued, “People really think I was with him. It’s like, honey, come on. Every guy I’ve ever been with knew about them because the Enquirer wrote about it or people wrote about this stuff.”
Goldberg, who is afraid of flyingHe also said Tuesday that he “didn’t get on the plane” because “do you know what I would have to do to get on the plane?”
“She doesn’t fly,” co-host Sara Haines responded. “She’s a bus babe!”
Haines also noted that Goldberg is just one of many famous names, such as Marilyn Monroe, who are included in Epstein’s files for various reasons. Other celebrities, such as Jon Stewart and Joe Rogan, h Ave also publicly referred to their names being mentioned in the files.
“Many of the reasons your name may be mentioned are news articles, third-party emails and contacts,” Haines said. “Again, rich and famous people often cross paths in professional and social circles, so that’s not the surprising part.”
Haines said what he’s really looking for in the archives is “people who had a deep relationship, the timing of that relationship and the nature of that relationship” with Epstein.
Haines added: “Was this covert? No one should be above scrutiny. No amount of status should soften abuse. And no system should protect the powerful over the victims. That’s the problem.”
