Joe Rogan Drops Wild Trump Impression When Knocking on the Door
Podcaster and presidential friend Joe Rogan mercilessly mocked his friend while speaking with the head of Canada’s opposition party on his podcast Thursday.
Conservative Party Member of Parliament Pierre Poilievre referred to President Donald Trump’s dream of making the United States’ northern neighbor the 51st state, telling Rogan that it has been a major distraction to relations between the two supposed allies.
“We’re not for sale,” he said, adding, “I just wish he’d drop that shit so we can get back to talking about the things we can do, as two separate countries that are actually friends.”

When Rogan asked if Canadians were taking Trump’s annexation threat seriously, Poilievre explained: “I think at first everyone thought it was a joke because we’ve always had jokes like, you know, one day we’re going to take over Vermont, and Detroit should be part of Canada, and all that. But then he kept saying it and saying it.”
“A lot of people were upset by this,” he continued.
“It’s understandable!” Rogan responded. “I mean, it’s crazy to say. I talked to him on the phone about it. It was so funny.”

The podcast host began imitating Trump’s loud, raspy tone, recalling the president telling him, “At first I was joking, but then people said, ‘That’s a good idea.'”
“That’s not a good idea,” Rogan concluded.
Although he is one of Trump’s most influential allies in the media sphere, the Austin, Texas-based personality has not been shy when it comes to criticizing his friend.
Recently, he harshly criticized the White House’s war on Iran, the current immigration crackdown and its conduct surrounding the Epstein files.
