The frustrated voters went on Sunday to express their complaints against the administration of President Donald Trump during the meeting of Republican Congressman Mike Lawler in his swing district, just north of New York City.
In a moment, while uniformed security carried the lazy body of a middle -aged woman outside the place, the crowd turned to song, “Shame! What shame!”
The Journal News identified women as Emily Feiner de Nyack, New York, whose Bluesky profile describes her as a Jewish retired social worker and mother of two.
“It was certainly not a threat,” Feiner wrote in Bluesky. “I asked my congressman what his red line was to finally, oppose the administration without law and he did not answer the question, so I called him to answer it and removed me. [U]Sa has arrived at. The Constitution is in fragments. “
Other attendees were eliminated as the event progressed.
The Journal News, a Gannett newspaper that serves the Hudson River Valley, reported that the congressman covered his positions on issues ranging from Trump’s war against immigration to the Russian war in Ukraine.
Around 600 people resulted for the event, said the newspaper.

Republican representatives in other districts throughout the country have reholed such public interactions with the constituents since Trump’s second mandate began, he distrusts himself from seeing that voters’ outbursts become viral.
Lawler, released as a moderate Republican, has been representing the suburban district along the Hudson River in New York since 2023. He has other planned constituent events for the coming weeks.

The congressman’s staff had asked the attendees who met at a local auditorium of the Catholic School on Sunday to refrain from screaming or standing and not registering the event, according to News.
But the event began to leave the rails almost immediately, the AP said, when a Lawler comment at the beginning, “this is how democracy looks,” laughs caused.
According to the reports, Lawler attracted Jeers with a line that defended Trump’s Secretary of Health, the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Conspiracy theorist.
The elimination of Feiner occurred when the congressman spoke about Trump’s tariffs and the commercial war that threatens to submerge the US economy in a recession.
The event of the event showed the security personnel trying to convince her to leave on her own, but you can see Feiner shaking her head and saying: “I am not leaving.”
“Let her stay! Let her stay!” The crowd sings in a moment, before a herd of armed soldiers of the New York State Police went to Feiner for the arms and took her down the hall to the exit. She does not resist them or help them in any way.
“Everyone has been screaming!” You can listen to a woman to tell security officials, in apparent response to her reason to expel Feiner.

A 74 -year -old assistant, Jeanette Spoor, told AP that he wanted to ask Lawler about Social Security and Medicaid, but was not called, although the event lasted almost two hours.
“I have no hope for this guy,” Spoor told AP.
