Trump announces the United Kingdom’s trade agreement, attacks against judges continue: last updates
President Donald Trump continues to insist that his current commercial war will be good for Americans as prices and executives increase for the main retailers warn about possible empty shelves due to interruptions in the supply chain.
Trump announced a commercial agreement with the United Kingdom on Thursday, while conversations with many other countries, including China, are still ongoing.
Meanwhile, Trump has taken more blows to judges and the judicial system in response to decisions against their administration. Some judges have responded, including the president of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, and 150 former judges who wrote a letter to the attorney general Pam Bondi who denounced Trump’s threats.
Read the latest about Trump’s presidency below:
“The Constitution is clear, and that, of course, it is the Supreme Law of the Earth, that the privilege of the Order of Habeas Corpus can be suspended at a time of invasion,” said Miller. “So it is an option that we are actively seeing.”
You have a body – As consecrated in the Constitution, it helps protect people from illegal detention and ensures that they can dispute their imprisonment in court. Translates into “You should have the body” in Latin and guarantees that people may appear physically in front of a judge if they are arrested.
Any suspension of Habeas Corpus would even more undermine the protections of due process for people arrested by the Trump administration, since the White House seeks to increase immigrants deportations.
The Administration has already tried to invoke the Alien Enemies Law, a law that allows the White House to eliminate immigrants from the United States without a hearing, to justify the deportation of alleged members of Venezuelan gangs to a maximum security prison in El Salvador.
Miller’s comments on Friday indicated an opening to expand these actions if the courts, which have so far blocked several Trump immigration policies, continue to hinder the objectives of the White House.

The new head of the Federal Agency commissioned that he respond to the disasters throughout the country warned the staff at a meeting on Friday so as not to try to prevent the next changes, saying that “I will run directly” while suggesting changes in policies that would boost more responsibilities to the States.
David Richardson, a former officer of the Marines Corps who served in Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa, was appointed interim administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency just after Cameron Hamilton, who had led the agency, also in an interim role, was fired.

President Trump realized taxes on the richest Americans on Friday, saying that he would prefer not to adopt a hard position to avoid a potential political reaction.
In a publication about his social account of the Truth, Trump said that former President George Hw Bush was relentlessly ridiculed during his failed 1992 re -election campaign after increasing taxes after saying before he would not.
“The problem even with a ‘small’ tax increase for the rich, that I and everyone else would accept graciously to help the lowest and middle income workers, is that the radical democratic lunatics were going to shout:” Read my lips “, the legendary quotation of George Bush the Elder that is said to cost him the choice,” Trump wrote.
He continued saying that “Republicans should probably not do it, but I’m fine if they do!”
His comments arrive a day after several media reported that Trump asked the president of the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, to include a tax increase in people who earn more than $ 2.5 million per year.
Such increases would reverse the past opposition of Republican leaders to such tax increases, which Johnson last month recalled that his party is “traditionally.”

Trump said Thursday that he is appointing News, Jeanine Pirro, former County Prosecutor and elected judge, to be the main federal prosecutor of the capital of the Nation after leaving his first election for work.
Pirro, who joined News in 2006, co-analog the program of the “The Five” network in the afternoons of working days. She was elected as a judge in the Westchester County Court in New York in 1990 before serving three mandates as a prosecutor of the elected district of the County.

Senate Democrats filibuse on Thursday an important project of cryptocurrency law because it did not contain enough safeguards against corruption, even by the president of the United States, which promotes and sells own digital assets.
The measure is a setback for the influential cryptographic industry, which pressed a lot in the name of the bill and spent more than one hundred million dollars in last year’s elections in the hope of gaining legitimacy as a congress industry and Trump.

According to the reports, the interim chief of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Cameron Hamilton, was forced to leave the agency on Thursday in the midst of uncertainty about his future. Multiple points of sale reported that the expulsion cited unidentified sources familiar with the matter.
The president and the Secretary of National Security, Kristi Noem, whose department Supervisa FEMA, have said that the agency must dissolve in favor of allowing states to handle their own disaster aid. Cuma is aimed at providing a federal coordinated federal response to natural disasters such as forest fires and hurricanes, which will be in season along the east coast in three weeks.
Hamilton had just testified to Congress on Wednesday in support of his agency, stating that he did not believe it was the best for the American people to eliminate it.

Trump is considering the News presenter, Jeanine Pirro, as her next selection for the United States interim prosecutor for the Columbia district, according to an ABC News report.
Pirro would replace Ed Martin, whom Trump said that Thursday will leave his interim role and will not take the position permanently.
Pirro, a former prosecutor, has been a Trump defender for a long time. Last month, he said Trump is “Without fear of anything ” and has defended Trump’s disastrous commercial war.
“This is what Donald Trump ran and he is delivering,” he said in “The Five” in April when the stock market collapsed. “And you know what? I really don’t care about my 401 (k) today. Do you know why? I can’t pay it, it’s not important, it’s not that I am not at a point in my life where I should worry about me 401 (k) because I am, but this is what I think.”

There is a new Pope in the city, and the faithful of the Internet took only to find what seems to be his social networks account.
Judging by the content he has shared, Pope Leo XIV and Vice President JD Vance, an adult converted to Catholicism, could have some disagreements. The 69 -year -old Pope comes from Chicago and is the first American leader of the Roman Catholic Church.

Stephen Miller says that Trump’s administration is ‘actively looking for’ to suspend habeas corpus
During a press appearance on Friday, Trump’s main advisor, Stephen Miller, detailed another possible tip of the White House attempts to point to unauthorized immigrants: suspend the Habeas corpus.
