Bidens Powerful 2017 Hope Message to Meghan McCain Resurfaces after Cancer News
A more sincere exchange of 2017 between former President Joe Biden and conservative expert Meghan McCain has resurfaced on social networks after Biden’s diagnosis news with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
During a live broadcast of ABC “The View”, Biden comforted McCain about the diagnosis of his father, Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.), With glioblastoma, the same cerebral cancer that took the life of the eldest son of Biden, Beau, in 2015.
Biden approached McCain, took his hand in his and said: “There is hope. And if someone can do it, your dad [can]. “

Biden described the late Republican senator, who died in August 2018, as “one of my best friends” despite his differences in political opinion.
“His father pursues me hammer and tweezers. We are like two brothers who were somehow raised by different parents or something for our views,” he said.
Later, Biden talked about having to “have hope” and the need to “continue advancing” with life because treatments and/or priests could be just around the corner.
