Neil Young believes that President Donald Trump should stop playing with musicians and start doing his “real work.”

In a pointed publication on his personal website on Tuesday, the singer of “Ohio” told the commander in chief that he should focus on “saving the United States of disaster” that he did instead of becoming obsessed with the people who have criticized him, such as Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift.

“What do you worry about man?” Young’s message began.

“Bruce and thousands of musicians think you are ruining the United States. You worry about that instead of Gaza’s children.”

“That is your problem. I am not afraid of you,” continued Young’s message. “Neither the rest of us.”

Springsteen fueled Trump’s anger last week when the rocker called his administration “corrupt, incompetent and treacherous” during a concert in Manchester, England.

Criticism clearly reached the president, who turned to the true of truth to call the singer of “born in the United States” as a “pruning” of a rocker “that” should keep his mouth closed until he returns to the country. “

Young then called Trump for gutting the Federal Emergency Management Agency and leaving the Americans without relief after the tornadoes devastated the center of the United States, before writing: “Stop thinking about what the rockers say. Think of saving the United States from the disaster you did.”

Referring to another of the president’s recent objectives, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame said: “Taylor Swift is right.”

“Bruce also. You know how I feel,” added Trump’s former critic. “You are more worried about yourself than America.

“Do you remember what is the White House? 86/47?” Young asked, seeing reference to the Instagram post of former FBI director James Comey who outraged his followers. “Is that what you think?

“You are forgetting your real work,” said Young, who was born in Canada and became a US citizen in 2020. “You work for us.
