• Minnesota (Consumer Data Law of Minnesota – MCDPA)
• Maryland (Maryland online Data Law – MODPA)

If you live in one of these states, it now has a much stronger legal basis to demand that people search sites eliminate your information. Many of these laws require companies to honor requests to choose not to participate in the sale or share their personal data, and some even require companies to respect the global exclusion signs based on the browser.
