Caitlin Clark lifted his arms, shouted at the WNBA referees and hit the air with frustration after a controversial not called cost his team the opportunity to eliminate the defenders champions on Saturday.

The non -call may have prevented Clark from winning the game in the free throw line because the contact occurred in a shot beyond the 3 -point arch. But Clark also cost a chance in an important milestone of the WNBA.
Clark, ending with 18 points, fell only two points before a game of 20 points and 10 rebounds. It would have been the 11 of his career and the elder for any player in the history of the League. Clark is tied with Courtney Vandersloot with 10.
Cloud and Liberty left with the first 3-0 start of the team in a season in defense of its title.
