Debora-Lee Furness spoke on Tuesday of “betrayal” after she requested the divorce of Hugh Jackman, an apparent abrupt turn of the joint friendship of the celebrity couple when they separated almost two years ago.

“My heart and compassion are with all those who have crossed the traumatic trip of betrayal,” the Daily Mail told a statement. “It is a deep wound that deeply cuts, however, I believe in a superior power and that God/the universe, whatever it is related to its guide, is always working for us.”

According to the reports, the “Wolverine” actor and his former co -star of “Music Man” Sutton Foster have been an article since last year, and the two were seen in a walk in Santa Monica, California, in January. Foster requested divorce months before.

Jackman, 56, and Furness, 69, met in the Australian television series “Correlli” and married in 1996. They have a son, Oscar and daughter, Ava.
