Felicity Huffman took a walk through Wisteria Lane, at least in spirit, when evaluating the next restart of “Desperate Housewives.”

Long before the housewives of Bravo turned tables and stealing spotlights, Huffman and his perfectly imperfect suburbs band came to Earth in 2004 in ABC, redefining what meant living behind a white fence.

Now, years later, the “Scandal” Kerry Washington star will produce an upcoming rebirth, “Wisteria Lane”.

Washington’s participation caused a discussion in Wednesday’s episode of “Good Morning America” when Huffman was asked to share his thoughts.

“It’s not great,” said Huffman almost instantly. “They are going to do wisteria lane with colored women, and I am in favor.”

After expressing his support, Huffman joked saying that “he will be doing handicraft services for the project.”

In case there were still doubts about his enthusiasm, Huffman doubled with a sincere wink to Washington.

“I think it’s wonderful, and I am a great admirer of Kerry,” he added.

Coanfrerion Michael Strahan continued, asking who thought he could bring his previous role.

“Oh my God, I have no idea. I think many people could do better than me,” Huffman said modestly. “I can’t wait to see him.”
