Elon Musk accused of not paying millions to studies in collective demand
Billionaire Elon Musk and his Super Pac face a collective claim that claims that millions owed to the studies that helped sign requests during the 2024 elections.
The Federal Demand filed on Tuesday by a Man of Pennsylvania, who is not identified for security reasons, estimates that Musk and America Pac owe more than $ 5,000,000 to more than 100 people for his work.
The man affirms that he and other registered voters were promised $ 100 for signing a request that supports freedom of expression and weapons rights. They would get another $ 100 for the signature of each additional voter that helped ensure the request.

“While the plaintiff received his time per hour for the review, and some references were paid for the petition firms he obtained (although long after the work to obtain these references), the plaintiff estimates that they have not paid him at least $ 20,000 for his references,” establishes the lawsuit, which was presented in the US district court.
The repeated attempts to contact Musk and America PAC for money have not been successful, the demand adds.
A spokesman from América Pac irregularly denied CNN.
“America PAC undertakes to pay each legitimate petition firm, which is evidenced by the fact that we have paid tens of millions of dollars to the studies for their hard work in support of our mission,” said spokesman Andrew Romeo in a statement.
Attempts to communicate with Romeo to comment were not successful.
A website for the Pac América Program establishes that the “overwhelming majority of the owners owed to the eligible referents and the signatories of the petition” have been sent by mail, but that some payments can be delayed due to the work of the organization that examines the eligible referents and the signatories of the requests.
“These efforts are important to ensure that any fraud or potential abuse is eliminated,” he says. Advises to anyone missing the payment sent by a consultation of the help table.
The lawsuit follows Musk and America Pac sensationally delivering $ 1 million checks on Sunday who attend an event of the City Council in Wisconsin who supported a conservative judicial candidate. The draw was challenged in the State Supreme Court, but finally allowed to continue.
