There is nothing personal in the current war of President Donald Trump with Harvard University, according to the White House.

The representatives of the First Lady Melania Trump quickly closed the rumors that the aggressive campaign of the president against the oldest school of the Ivy League began after Son Barron Trump’s request to the University was rejected.

“Barron did not apply to Harvard,” he told E! News in a statement published on Wednesday. “Any statement that he, or that anyone in his name applied is completely false.”

Trump’s youngest son, 19, recently concluded his first year at the University of New York, where he is registered in the Stern School of Business.

The president seems to have taken a particular assembly with Harvard since he embarked on his crusade to eliminate diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and combat anti -Semitism in the main institutions of the Nation, together with attacking international students critical of their administration.

The beef of President Donald Trump with Harvard has nothing to do with his son, Barron, being rejected from the Ivy League. In fact, representatives of the first lady Melania Trump say that the teenager never asked the school.

After the Trump administration withdrew billions of dollars in federal Harvard subsidies in April, the Department of National Security tried to revoke the prestigious authority of the University to issue visas for international students.

Hours after the administration finished Harvard authority to sponsor students’ visas last Friday, however, an American district judge temporarily blocked the effort. That order extended on Thursday.

While Harvard celebrated his graduation ceremony for the 2025 class that same day, the president of the school, Alan Garber, was so trenchant and measured in his speech to the students.

Attendees exploded in applause when he greeted them, saying: “The members of the 2025 class, from below the street, throughout the country and worldwide … as it should be.”
