Experts analyzed several factors such as happiness by state, the cost of living, average life expectancy, health rates in residents over 60 and the number of centers for older people per state.
The results are presented below for the 10 happiest states for older people.

Utaah claimed the number 1 position for the largest number of older people, with a happiness score of 7.69 of 10.

According to the study, the high range of Utah is due to its “support environment” for high -level life, the good health of the elderly and the third lowest percentage (21.48%) of the elderly who live alone, which reduces the risk of social isolation.

The researchers mentioned that more than two fifths of older people in voluntary Utah, which is the highest rate in the United States.

The best and worst states of the US
Idaho followed closely, with a general happiness score of 7.38 of 10.
Less than a quarter of the elderly in Idaho live alone, the second lowest rate in the country and the State is among the top five for major centers.

Connecticut and Delaware tied for number 3, scoring a 7.01 of 10 on the happiness scale.
Connecticut has the third highest average life expectancy and is among the 10 main states for general health.

According to Caring.com, Delaware is considered one of the “happiest and support for later life.”
