Arnold Schwarzenegger leaves a more forceful advice for environmentalists dismayed by Trump
Vienna (AP) – Arnold Schwarzenegger has a message for environmentalists who despair before the approach of the administration of President Donald Trump: “Stop crying and go to work.”
The new US administration has taken an ax for the environmental ambitions of the Biden era, retreated the historical regulations, the financing of the retired climate project and, on the other hand, reinforced the support for the production of oil and gas in the name of an “US energy domain” agenda.
Schwarzenegger, the former Republican governor of California, has dedicated time to environmental causes since he left political position in 2011.

“Be the mayor that makes electric buses; be the CEO that ends the dependence of fossil fuels; be the school that puts (above) solar roofs,” he said.
“You cannot simply sit and put excuses because a guy in a very pleasant white house in Pennsylvania Avenue does not agree with you,” he said, added that attacking the president “is not my style” and does not criticize any president when he is outside the United States.
“I know that people are sick and tired of complaints and complaints and the pessimist,” said Schwarzenegger. “The only way we won people’s hearts and minds is to show them an action that improves their lives.”
