Gabourey Sidibe has a bold reason to keep her children’s birthday celebrations discreetly, and no, it’s not what you could expect.

Last year, Sidibe and her husband Brandon Frankel Welcome Twins Cooper and Maya In the world, and since then, the duo has adopted a refreshingly different approach to celebrate the lives of their children at such a tender age.

While making an appearance on Wednesday in the Diurnal Interview Program “Sherri” Sidibe was asked why he chose not to throw luxurious birthday blows for his little ones.

“To be fair, they had to fool me to have the Baby Shower,” Sidibe joked, nodding his general aversion to the parties.

He continued to gently remember the spectators that there is a clear difference between how he celebrates his children and how others could.

“We are going to celebrate them 100%, but we are going to celebrate them with an experience,” said Sidibe, revealing that you travel to places like the zoo and the aquarium were at the top of their list.

The “beautiful” actor declared that his reasoning for this is to acclimatize his children to the feeling of knowing that it is worth celebrating his special day. The actor’s children will fulfill 1 in June, noting that they will not “remember a party”, and jokes that Kardashians have made it difficult for famous parents to have birthdays for their children.

“The Kardashians have made it very difficult for us … those with regular money,” Sidibe said sarcastically. “I am not spending $ 100,000 on something with a circus issue that babies can only experience through photos. That is crazy.”

He continued to say that he understands that a small child’s birthday party is for parents and adults, but reveals that he does not like “many people at home.”

Sidibe also shared that her husband is not exactly a “party person”, and promised to “gather it” for the third birthday of the children.
