A mural dedicated to the deceased Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, in downtown Los Angeles, was destroyed only a few days before the city exploded in disturbances about the illegal immigration rags of the Trump administration.

The work of art “Mambas Forever” showed the deceased members of the Bryant family who embraced. White Aerosol paint was used to disfigure the piece, according to News 11 Los Angeles.

The mural is located in the fashion district of the center of Los Angeles, about 20 miles from Paramount, where the riots have taken place for several days.

The work of art had just been restored on May 30 after it was initially disfigured in April. The Lakers star, Luka Doncic, helped pay the mural restoration at that time.

The mural took weeks to be restored. The artist Louise Palsino celebrated the restoration only a few days ago in an Instagram post.

“The Kobe and Gigi mural completely restored thanks to @Lukadoncic and all those who donated to The Go Fund Me,” he wrote. “It’s great how a bad situation can gather so many people to recover something else. There were so many people who had appeared to help and it was very appreciated. I really felt the love of Los Angeles in this case.”

They have not been named suspicious. It is not clear if the mural will be restored for the second time.
