“We wanted not only to make sure to represent them, but also to raise awareness that bed bugs in Las Vegas hotels are a real problem.”

Viag said that most of its customers have suffered snacks, scars and itching, which has led to visits to the emergency room.

Housewives must be “properly trained” to recognize and eliminate bed bugs, said the lawyer.

Customers have also claimed emotional damage for exposure to bed bugs, as Viag pointed out that the resulting trauma is “super significant.”

The lawyer urged the owners of the Resort to prioritize the safety of the guests through the use of housewives that are “very properly trained” to recognize and eliminate bedbugs.

“In general, the guests do not join two and two immediately if they have bites in their bodies,” said the lawyer who represents travelers. (Istock)

“They need to maintain adequate pest control procedures and protocols,” he said. “And they just have to make sure that when they deliver a guest room, be bug free.”

He added: “You want to try to reach an infestation of bed bug as soon as possible, because the bedbugs reproduce at a very high pace.”
