Justin Combs, the 31 -year -old son of the dishonor music magnate Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of facilitating the rape of a woman. In a lawsuit obtained on Friday by News, the plaintiff says that he was violated by two masked men and combs himself.
Monday’s presentation at the Superior Court of Los Angeles states that Justin Combs used his father’s fame to attract Louisiana’s wife to Los Angeles in 2017 under the appearance of giving him a job on television. She was supposedly drugged, raped and “celebrated prisoner for a weekend.”
The woman filed her demand against both members of the combs family, as well as Mogul’s businesses, Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Enterprises LLC, for alleged sexual assault and aggression, gender violence and negligent supervision.
She requests a jury trial and seeks damage to “past, present and future losses.”
“No matter how many demands are presented, the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sexual traffic to anyone: man or woman, adult or minor will not change,” said the media team of whether combs to NBC News and other media in a statement on Friday.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason,” the statement continued. “Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial process to find the truth, and Mr. Combs hopes that it will prevail in court.”
The legal presentation alleges that Justin Combs contacted the plaintiff in Snapchat in March or April 2017, which caused a conversation about their hopes of an entertainment race, only for her to share “laughs laugh at request” and receive trips from free airlines to Los Angeles.

According to the complaint, he arrived in Los Angeles on April 14 and was taken in a black SUV to a residence by Beverly Hills, Justin Combs called “The Glass House.” The plaintiff said they expected them to leave that night and the next one, just for Justin combs to reject it.
He supposedly ordered marijuana and liquor to the residence and offered the woman several pills and the so -called “poppers” throughout the day. She affirmed in her presentation that she suspects that marijuana was tied due to the physiological effect she had.
Three men with “masquerade masks” finally arrived at the house, according to the complaint, which says that the plaintiff recognized one of them as they are combs “partly due to his height and gestures, but also because Justin referred to him on at least one occasion like ‘Pops’.”
It was supposedly taken to a room and warned: “It will be better to happen. Or.”
The woman said that men turned to rape her “from Saturday night until at least on Sunday at noon” and that she was taken back to the airport on Monday. Justin combs allegedly hung the promise of a job on his head later and threatened to filter the nudes of the woman.
Justin Combs was previously accused of covering a shooting that involved him and his father.
“We are proud of our client for having the courage to take a step forward and be heard,” said Doe’s lawyer Tony Buzbee, A NBC News in a statement on Friday. “The details of the demand speak for themselves. We will see that justice is made.”
Sean combs was accused and arrested in September after similar accusations arose from him drugping and violating women. He declared himself innocent of the positions of sex trafficking and extortion. The Prosecutor’s Office rested on Tuesday, moving its trial to closing arguments.
