Megyn Kelly got into the United States attorney general, Pam Bondi on Friday, blaming her for the growing discord for the management of the Trump administration of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The former News presenter characterized the reaction as the first “large” scandal for President Donald Trump, at least for those on the right.

“This is the first great scandal, I would say, of the Trump administration that is in the rational team,” Kelly said, speaking on stage next to the personality of Maga Charlie Kirk at a Tampa event for Kirk’s organization, Turning Point USA. “It is not a false media scandal as the left tries to create for President Trump every two days.”

The public reaction began to prepare this week after the Department of Justice and the FBI published a memorandum announcing that they had not found evidence that the dishonored financial Jeffrey Epstein, a convict sexual criminal who died while waiting for the trial on the positions of sex trafficking, maintained a “list of clients” or influential people. The agencies also said there was no evidence that Epstein, whose death in 2019 after bars was suicide, was killed.

The memorandum occurred months after Bondi seemed to confirm the existence of an Epstein clients list.

“He is sitting on my desk at this time to review,” he said in News in February.

On Friday, Kelly asked the crowd to “make some noise if you care about Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal.” He met with wild cheers of the event attendees, who was aimed at conservative young people.

Kelly suggested that Trump was not to blame for the controversy, speculating that the problem has not “captured his attention yet.”

“I have to be honest,” Kelly told the crowd. “I blame Pam Bondi.”

After affirming that he has “nothing” against Bondi “as a human being,” Kelly continued, “she is the reason why things are falling apart around this story at this time that practically the entire Republican party cares deeply.”

He then accused Bondi of trying to “make fun” of the public with juicy promises about Epstein’s archives.

“She has never lost the opportunity to go to television and hang sweets that could be on their way. Try to take him to believe that she has it, she is on her desk, she will come tomorrow, she will see something in Epstein,” Kelly said. “And it was a mockery. Then you think that Pam Bondi was telling the truth or that he is now telling the truth. But both cannot be true.”
