Pope Leo XIV renewed his call on Sunday for a IMMEDIATED INSENS IN GAZAask the international community to respect international laws and the obligation to protect civilians.

“Once again I ask for an immediate ending of the barbarism of this war and a peaceful resolution to the conflict,” said the pontiff at the end of his prayer of Sunday Angelus of his summer retreat in Castel Gandolfo.
