Ashley Judd has finished worrying.

The “Double Jeopardy” actor shared a liberating video on Instagram last week, in which she talked about being a member of the club “We don’t care.”

The viral club was initiated by the influencer Melani Sanders, whom Judd accredited in his post. Sanders regularly shares videos on social networks that highlight what women who experience menopause or perimenopause no longer care.

“Hello, I’m Ashley, and I am a member of the We Don’s Club,” said the actor, while wearing a swimsuit in the Baltic Sea.

Judd began to collect some of the things that did not care, such as “choosing my crotch” in the video and sharing some tricks against the pigeonholes to wear a swimsuit.

He also showed several movements in the water: “Because when we were little, it was very fun, and we don’t care what people think of us.”

He also said that he came up with something called “Make Stuff Up Club”, telling followers that, as “postmenopausal woman, I don’t care if you don’t like the MSU club.”

Ashley Judd shouted for the first time the new Melani Sander

In his Instagram subtitle, Judd said that menopause, of the “peri -post” stage, is “human biology.”

“It is universal for women and the global. What can be a hope that we don’t care about the club? What am I going to, with my freedom and joy, when I stop worrying about stupid and controlling norms on my female body, I will be free to enjoy?

Sanders responded to Judd’s publication in the comments.

“Hello my sister of Wdnc. Oh, how I would like to have joined you! The beach is my love language,” he wrote, and added “This video has made me the day!”

Judd shouted for the first time the new “Club” of Sander in June and shared a little about his own experience with menopause in the subtitle.
