Emmalena and Carr Creek elementary schools were competing in the A-Team Championship at Knott County Central High School, and things got ugly when two players tackled each other on the court.

That led coaches and players to try to break up the fight, but the chaos grew when parents came down from the stands to try to break up the fight.

That only made things worse, resulting in an adult on the ground being Tasered.

The call announcers made top-notch comments.

“Look, this ball game has to end,” an announcer said.

Then, when the moment happened, the announcer called it out like it was a normal thing.

“They just shot Ryan,” the announcer said.

The announcer’s call received some love. A Barstool Sports personality compared it to Al Michaels’ “Miracle on Ice” call.

“He said ‘they just shot Ryan’ like Ryan had been shot before,” another X user wrote.

Somehow, no arrests were reported. The game was called due to the fight, with Carr Creek leading 48-30, but no winner was declared.
