Aaron Rodgers calls the new NFL helmet a ‘damn spacecraft’ in the midst of current equipment struggles

Aaron Rodgers still has a bone to choose from the NFL, since he still cannot find a helmet that he likes to wear in the field.
The four -time MVP field marshal loved its Schutt Air XP Pro Q11 LTD, but no longer complies with the league safety standards.
As a result, Rodgers had to choose a different helmet. And while he stayed with Schutt, he is not too interested in his Air XP Pro VTD II model with which he has been practicing at the Pittsburgh Steelers training camp.

“I don’t like it, no,” he said Tuesday, through ESPN. “I am trying to change. We are still in the process. It looks like a damn spacecraft out there.”
Rodgers did not specify how he is trying exactly to feel comfortable in his new helmet, but he knows that it has to happen before week 1.

“We have to change it,” he added. “The facial mask does not fit the helmet because it is an old facial mask, obviously as if it were old, but we are trying to find the right helmet at this time.”
The 41 -year -old man complained about his helmet in June shortly after signing with the Steelers after a long free agency period this low season.
And Rodgers did not see if he liked his helmet during the first preseason game of the Steelers last Saturday when they faced the Jacksonville Jaguars. As is throughout the league, most of the headlines of the Southefire Steelers sat.

However, the Steelers go against the Buy Bay Buy Buyrs in joint practices this week before facing week 2 of the preseason on Saturday at 7 pm at the Acrisure stadium.
“With a little luck [Buccaneers head coach] Todd [Bowles]probably will not show everything, but he will do some things to emphasize our protection and give us the opportunity to get a film to work, “Rodgers said about going against the defense of the BUCS in practice.
Rodgers is scheduled for the year 21 at the NFL, who said he is “quite sure” of his last season in the League.
“Yes, I am quite sure that this is,” he said in “The Pat McAfee Show” in June. “That’s why we just made a one year contract.”

Rodgers, with some type of helmet approved by the NFL, will face its old New York aircraft at the Metlife Stadium in week 1 on September 7.
