Bill Maher blames Diddy for not introducing himself before
The host of “Real Time”, Bill Maher, intervened in the current judgment of Sean “Diddy” combs, who is accused of federal positions, including sexual trafficking, and the comedian seemed to blame the ex -girlfriend of the Combinals Casandra “Cassie” Ventura for the abuse he supposedly suffered in his hands.
“We need to keep two thoughts in our head at the same time,” Maher said Friday in his program. “One, Diddy is a bad guy, very bad. As, the worst in rap from the hammer pants. A violent and sick shit … and we should lock it up and throw the baby oil.”
“And two, things have changed enough to advance, the rule should be, if it is being abused, it must go immediately,” he continued. “Now, I completely understand why, in the past, women often did not do that.”
Maher continued arguing that the victims had little appeal before the #MeToo movement that emerged in the last decade and helped women expose their abusers, but suggested that the victims who do not speak immediately in today’s age are to blame for sowing public distrust.
Ventura began dating combs in 2007, particularly before the #MeToo movement began, and accused it in 2023 of repeated physical and sexual abuses that began gradually and worsened in the course of their relationship.
“It’s not verifying victims to expect women to have the agency to leave toxic relationships,” Maher said on Friday.
“On the contrary, No Wait for it to be childish, “he continued.” If Diddy walks free, it will be because his lawyers can point out an endless flow of Cassie texts that express what is often called ‘enthusiastic consent’. “
A graph on the screen next to Maher showed Ventura text messages presented at the trial in which he wrote: “I am always ready to scare.”
The so -called “Freak offs” of combs were orgies that supposedly organized, and is accused of drugs and others before the events.

Victims of domestic violence often do not speak publicly, or simply leave their abusers, for fear of compensation. While Maher said “understanding” why “it can be difficult for women to leave an abusive relationship,” his comments suggested that he did not.
“This should be the new great treatment of society,” he said. “We take all the accusations seriously, but do not tell me more about your contemporary account that you told two friends 10 years ago. Tell the police immediately. Do not wait a decade. Do not dielgues about it.”
“They don’t make it a single woman show,” he added. “And most importantly, don’t keep fucking it. Your only contemporary notes about what he did should be the police report.”

Ventura, who was shown in security images published last year, was brutally beaten by combs, testified in the court that endured “violent arguments that would generally result in some kind of physical abuse”, and that his security guards “protected him” but “they attended me.”
Maher’s representatives did not immediately respond to News’s request for comments.
