Brother of the deceased hero of the NFL Pat Tillman to undergo a mental competition check before the premeditated fire trial

Richard Tillman, the younger brother of the late Hero of the NFL Pat Tillman, appeared on Wednesday in a Chamber of the California court as the questions arose about whether he would be mentally capable of being tried.
Tillman crashed into a San José Post Office on Sunday morning and was arrested under suspicion of caused fires and vandalism, according to the Sheriff’s office of Santa Clara County. Police said he crashed into the post office located in a shopping center around 3 am

Around 50 firefighters were needed per hour and a half to turn off the flames, according to the NBC bay area.
In the courtroom, Tillman spoke out loud several times. He said he was competent, he didn’t need bail and that his lawyer “was no longer my lawyer.” His lawyers declared a doubt for Tillman to be tried and no statement was introduced. His bond was set at $ 136,000.
Tillman must return to the Court in August, when the court will assign doctors to evaluate their jurisdiction.

Kevin Tillman, Pat and Richard’s brother, said Richard was “transmitting live to what, I will call, his being altered on social networks”, which occurred during the accident. Richard told the Police at the scene of the accident, that the post office burned after the car caught fire, that he was live.
Richard also told the officers that he was Pat Tillman’s brother on the scene.
“Our family is aware that my brother Richard has been arrested,” Kevin said in a statement to the NBC Bay area. “In the first place, we are relieved that no one has been physically damaged.
“We have limited information at this time, but we are in communication with local authorities and we are providing so many background and context as we can.

“To be clear, it is not secret that Richard has been fighting the serious mental health problems for many years. He has been live, what I will call, his being altered on social networks so that anyone can witness. Unfortunately, ensure the proper care and support for him have proven to be incredibly difficult, or rather, impossible. As a result, none of this is shocking as it should be.
