Since he became a secretary of the DHS, Noem has decided to mix his love for theatricality with terror by publishing threatening photos and videos of herself dressed in several costumes that you would probably see a small child on Halloween.
In January, Noem published a video of itself to social networks in its best police game, complete with a bulletproof vest, to share a message of unity with the American people.
“If you are in New York City this morning, we are drawing the land bag from these streets,” he says in the video.
In February, Noem eliminated his favorite cowboy outfit and sat on a horse to inform the country that was in Del Río, Texas, to see what resources the border agents needed to stop “criminal actors who face this border.”
In the past it has also used firefighters, coastal guard and border patrol uniforms.
