Gwyneth Paltrow welcomes carbohydrates and social network users find it difficult to digest
Gwyneth Paltrow is distributing some revelations related to food, some fans can find them difficult to swallow.
In a Tuesday episode From the podcast “The Goop”, the actor opened about an “appearance of his life that is really significant” for her, and that was food. The famous influence of life -aware lifestyle now admits that it is turning towards the comforting hug of carbohydrates and cheese.
After experimenting with what he called “Hardcore Macrobiotics,” he became “obsessed with eating very, very healthily,” he said in his podcast. He added that he began to follow the Paleo diet “a few years ago”, but that level of nutritional rigor apparently comes with a kind of expiration date.
“I’m a little fed up with that, if I’m sincere, and I eat some fermented mass bread and a little cheese,” he revealed. “There, I said, a small pasta.”

Even so, Paltrow described the diet as a “good template” to live in a healthy way, even if it does not follow it to the letter.

In 2023, Paltrow approached criticism about their dietary habits, explaining that they were partially rooted in their health management.
“I have a long Covid, and the way it manifests for me is a very high level of inflammation over time,” he said, adding that he had been working to “really concentrate on foods that are not inflammatory.”
