Halle Berry recognized his 59th birthday this week with a celebration post that doubled as a reprimand of the main evaluation of her ex -husband David Justice of her marriage.

On Thursday, the actor of “X-Men” shared a carousel of images on Instagram that showed her and the boyfriend Van Hunt enjoying a tropical beach getaway. A snapshot of a birthday card of his children was also included, as well as a delicious -looking chocolate cake.

“UF … !! Kitchen, cleaning and maternity,” he wrote in the legend.

Hunt also honored Berry with a publication on his Instagram calling her “resilient.”

“The shots simply bounce in you,” he wrote.

Berry’s comment was a pointed answer to Justice’s interview in the “All The Smoke” podcast last week. The former major league baseball player, who was married to Berry from 1993 to 1996, suggested that the actor had not met his expectations as a spouse because he had not been “traditional” sufficiently.

“I am looking at my mother and I am a boy in the west, so in my mind, I am thinking that a wife at that time should cook, clean, and then I am thinking, ok, if we have children, this is the woman with whom I want to have children, build a family,” he said. “And at that time when I was young, if you don’t cook, not clean, you don’t seem maternal, and then we start having problems.”

In another part of his appearance of “all the smoke,” Justice said that Berry had asked him to marry her after about five months of appointments, and that “he could not say that he did not” to his proposal despite having found feelings.

“I said it’s fine, but I don’t know if I was really interested in my heart,” he explained. “But I didn’t want to make her feel bad and say no.”

In 1996, Berry revealed to people that one of his ex -boyfriends had been physically abusive, and once hit her with such force that he lost his hearing. Although the actor never appointed his abuser, many quickly speculated that it was justice.

Justice has long denied the statements, a point that reiterated in his podcast chat.
